Eric did not simply own the business—he knew the business. He worked across sales, marketing, system design, customer service, operations, and hands-on installation of alarm and video surveillance systems. He learned how technology decisions affect employees, customers, productivity, costs, and the day-to-day demands of running a company.

After selling the alarm business, Eric brought that experience into telecom and technology brokerage. Phone Systems Design was created to give organizations a simpler way to evaluate essential services without navigating dozens of providers on their own.
